Return after the waiting day
PowerPyx places Lacra at the tower by Westridge Outpost Shrine. Complete Our Rotten Roots, allow a full day—16 time segments—to pass, then return at night and speak to her about the idea she wanted to discuss.
Keep a manual save before the trip. The guide budgets 6–7 quest segments, depending on the final scene; that figure does not include the preceding waiting day. If Midnight Reckoning is also available, choose the optional exploration quest first when that is your goal.
The night visit matches the Lacra route described by GAMES.GG. The exact dawn cutoff is disputed, so start from your pre-trip save if the expected quest is unavailable; this page does not promise that waiting through dawn preserves the intimate scene.
Use the investigations to keep the wisps moving
The swamp sequence alternates following the lights, inspecting a landmark and talking with Lacra. Reach the roadside shrine, follow the wisps to the stone slab, then continue through the enemy encounters.
After the lizards, crouch under the branches and inspect the plants and severed arm. Defeat the hellhounds, finish the next conversation and follow the lights to the rockslide. Inspect the rock surrounded by red roots to enter the crypt.
If the lights stop, check the current investigation and conversation objective before searching farther across the swamp. The published route uses conversations about freedom, family, grief and survival to advance between these stops.
Inspect the body twice for The Vrakhir
Use Focus to inspect the first crypt room, then continue through the undead. Pass the broken floor on its left side. At the intersection, interact with the body twice to collect the legendary sword The Vrakhir.
For the larger gap, use Shadowstep and Planeshift (spelled “Phaseshift” in PowerPyx’s walkthrough) to reach the ledge on the left, then cross to the opposite side. Continue to the sarcophagus and defeat the spirits after inspecting it. Finish the following conversation, then inspect the wall that Lacra opens.
Check Mandrake Ward separately from the romance branch
In the hidden cave, Lacra offers a mandrake. Consuming it grants Mandrake Ward in PowerPyx’s account, with one death prevention per night. Check the perk in your Vampirism menu after the scene.
The later intimate scene and Mesmerise ability are a different reward branch. Their earlier relationship and dawn conditions are not resolved here, so this page does not provide or promise that unlock route. Collecting The Vrakhir or accepting the mandrake is not evidence that Mesmerise has been learned.
Check the quest completion and optional departure
Finish the hidden-cave conversation and check the quest journal. PowerPyx lists 1,000 XP and 2 skill points on completion. You may keep exploring the ruins or accept the departure that returns you outside.
The reported 6–7 quest segments vary with the optional final scene and exclude the earlier 16-segment wait. Keep the pre-trip save if you want to compare the romance branch; its full conditions are outside this weapon-and-exploration guide.
